Overthinking

The realization of overthinking is not as much easy as we think ....or not as much simple as we treat if we study and take a view of the overthinking and how much demirits it has then you will come to know about the self realization .

Self realisation means what is exactly happened and what are the reaction and consideration that you given and taken.

Nobody gives an invitation to stress and overthinking but nobody able to stop it also yes few can control it in specific manner but it is completely impossible to ignore it.
But if you think that really now a days the stress forced you to overthink then you have take this in account and have to find a way to move your mind from there.
And the worst  part is we hesitate to take a therapy from psychotherapist but it's okay if you found a threat to share your problem then you are yours we can solve it  with the help your own self.but how?
Firstly ask yourself that what is overthinking and what are reason behind your overthinking ...
No matter which types of reason arises just take it and solve it .
So what is overthinking ... what the specifications for that actually no matter how much specifications it's having bcz in any direction it's bad for you and your health
So basically we define overthinking as a unwanted thoughts that coming in  unwanted manner but for wanted reasons .
And as it starts then it's complicated to tackle it

. overthinking is not just thinking a negative past or negative future ....
Overthinking is also known for thinking too much positive about past and future.
Means reminding  the telecast of good things happed repeatedly even that passed .
Means if you succeed once time in past then don't be too overconfident about it always . just keep it as a good memory and try new one.
So as per study the overthinking is harmful even it is too much positive or  negative.
So We thought on what is overthinking now let's move towards reasons behind overthinking or get rid of that.
First aspect in practice is your daily life means if you are tired and anxious then
It makes you passive or agressive because if you are tired then your concious mind and body  need a rest but in that time when you and your mind need a rest if you starts think about anything then nothing will approach in right manner so give the proper rest to your mind and to your body.
the main reason behind overthinking is expectations yes expectations it can be From your close ones,,your events, results of events etc
You know the law of karma ,,,
No Matter you trust it or refuse it but it's a truth and you have to accept it what does it say it says Karma is not just about activity that what are doing right now.... karma are the dicission that you took or that will be taken by you.

then what's to worry about
..if you believe in law of Karma or not believe in  law of karma one thing that is universally difine that's "as you sow ,so shall you reap" .if you keep this proverb in your mind then this will help you to avoid overthinking that I will just get the results of  whatever I sow .                                                 Like if sow the cactus ๐ŸŒต and you are worrying about that what will I do if the cactus will result in ...so we should keep this in our mind that what is sow that will grow.of you want to grow another one then you have to sow it first.
instead of being stuck in it that.....like Why this happened how this happened so get rid of it and   you can take the help of YouTube or Google That how to avoid the stress.

Usually we flow in emotions when being practical is better and we try to be practical where emotions are needed.but real life needs the contrast application.                        if we know that real life needs the contrast with whatever we are applied to it that makes the dicission better.

If you don't like a person and continue you thinks that I don't want to think about him or her ,i don't want to think about him or her
But what will happen your mind will continue to think about that person....... And the over think will not Stop unless and untill you face it .

If you are hurted then go to that person and say that yes i am hurted and whatever you done was not right in my view.and if you think that person is not in the condition to hear you then for what you trying just ignore that person ,as in the last Blog i said if the bat is saying that this is night'even in the day so will you try to prove that to bat that's no this is the day see this is the Sun . although the whole world will say this is the day but bat will firm on no this is the night so will you overthink that I know this is day but how can I prove this  to bat.
In your Life there are many persons like bat
....Who will never accept the truth but if you are overthinking on that then you are stupid.
And if the topic is about your close ones to whom you never think to loose and you care about them then what about to overthinking Just show them your Love and affection they will never leave you.

Just think if today you are worried about your career and future then will you worry about air or oxygen that you took that yes now the oxygen is available but suddenly if oxygen lacks then what will happen... you will say No I will not think on that unless somebody ask to think or unless the topic Arises.
So now the career is main and mejor topic for you and oxygen is minor.
But if you entrapped in the room or at the palce where there is lack of oxygen then what will be your mejor problem so there instead of searching the source will you stuck in your career offcourse no ,,, your first need will be oxygen there right?
Similarly for the water ,, today you don't waste your Time on overthinking relate to water but if you are on the desert and you are thirsty then even though you avoid to think on water it will not leave you your mind will continuous think about how to get the water and etc .
So in this Situations you will avoid to think on your future and you focused on the oxygen and water means you focused on your present .then what to worry about here is the solution that never think mark the point never over think about the future or the past just focus on your present that's in your hand .
And if you are possessive about your future about the things and persons you have then please don't overthinking too much bcz it's a toxic that will damage everything but  will change nothing So to change it firstly start it 

Never stuck in failure and success invest yourself in work .
And give something New to your brain never make it like machine , even the machine get rust after a time and if your daily life is like the machine then you have to face the rust like overthinking,stress , passive thoughts of unwanted things,so give the polish of passions and happiness to your mind and brain, give the little drop or break to it .
We can't Stop overthinking but we can avoid it with considering that on the things you are overthinking are important or you have the tasks to do which are more important than overthinking or stress.
So never let the smile to go just Trust on yourself and your efforts .and focused on your present.
